The ultra-high-pressure water breaker cutting method achieves revolutionary high-efficiency cutting processing, significantly reducing processing time and energy consumption. Tokupi Manufacturing proposes a "new cutting method" in manufacturing using high-pressure pumps as a manufacturer of high-pressure plunger pumps. While it is common to enhance the cooling and chip removal properties of coolant, this new cutting method differs from conventional high-pressure coolants by using the injection force of ultra-high-pressure coolant (7MPa to 30MPa) to accelerate chip breakage in areas where chip fragmentation (cutting) is not possible, thereby reducing tool heating and improving cutting speed. Currently, chip breakage using chip breakers with carbide tips is common, but in addition, this new cutting method utilizes the impact force of ultra-high-pressure coolant to fragment chips.
